We’d booked our train home for 10:20am, so we grudgingly rolled out of bed when the alarm went off and stumbled around shoving all of our belongings into our overstuffed bags. Bacon, eggs, and tea in the observatory helped keep us alive. It was snowing in Jinan as well, though they had gotten a much lighter layer, not enough for snowmen. There was steam rising off of one of the springs near where we had to catch our bus home. Gorgeous.
